1. Who we are
Prime Foundry is a parent company that develops and publishes a portfolio of applications and digital experiences. This policy explains how we currently handle data across our products.
2. Data we collect today
As of the date of this policy:
- We do not collect or store your personal data on our own servers.
- We do not collect, access, transmit, or share Health Data.
- We do not collect data to track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
- We do not collect data to sell, rent, or share with third parties.
Any information that remains on your device (such as local settings or scores) is stored locally and is not transmitted to Prime Foundry for central processing.
Prime Neural is a cognitive training game and does not request or use medical, fitness, or other health-related permissions or APIs. We do not infer health status from your gameplay.
3. Data retention and deletion
We do not retain personal data on our servers because we do not collect it.
Data created by app use (for example, local settings or scores) stays on your device only, under your control, until you remove it.
You can delete local app data at any time by:
- Uninstalling the app; or
- Clearing app storage/data in your device settings.
Because we do not maintain server-side user data, there is no separate account data deletion request process at this time.
4. Future leaderboard features
We plan to introduce optional leaderboard functionality so that users can compare results with friends and family. When we add this, it will be strictly limited to that purpose.
Our commitments for any leaderboard or social comparison features are:
- Participation will be optional and clearly explained;
- Data used for leaderboards will be limited to what is necessary to show scores and basic identifiers (for example, a display name);
- We will not use leaderboard data for unrelated profiling, targeted advertising, or selling to third parties;
- We will update this Privacy Policy before launching any such features so you can review the details.
5. Third-party services
Some platforms or app stores we distribute through (for example, mobile app stores or operating systems) may collect their own diagnostic or usage data. That collection is governed by their privacy policies, not this one.
6. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data—for example, to support new features—we will update this page and, where appropriate, provide in-app notice. Any material changes will be clearly communicated before they take effect.
7. Contact
If you have questions about this policy, please contact us using the contact details provided in our applications or on our primary website once available.
